The Ceremony

Exchanging vows and… oops, Eric almost forgot about the rings!

A guava chiffon cake with cocount custard, stonefruit jam, guava-citrus curd, and vanilla bean Italian buttercream. It was made with local ingredients, topped with guavas and prickly pears, blooms and grapes from a neighborhood garden. It wasn’t just pretty. It tasted great too.
